Will I be seen by a licensed physical therapist?
Yes! You will be evaluated and treated only by a licensed physical therapist. Your health and safety are our priority. We provide you with undivided attention and offer you the highest quality of care.
Therapy sessions:
How long do sessions last?
The first visit (the initial evaluation) is about 60 minutes. Subsequent treatment sessions typically last 45- 50 minutes.
How long will it take for me to get better?
This answer depends on a number of factors, such as your diagnosis, the severity of your impairments, your age, your healing capabilities, your compliance with the treatment plan and home exercise program. Generally, patients are treated 2-3 times per week for approximately 8-12 weeks.
Although each patient's recovery time is variable, improvements (pain levels, range of motion, strength, functional abilities) should be noted throughout your path to recovery.
